myKidSecure™ goes far beyond the standard sign in sheets or PIN numbers, RFID cards and FOBS which can be forgotten, stolen, lost and even forged. It controls access to the center at the door and confirms the identity of the parent or guardian in just 2 seconds. You can even open the door remotely.
A simple scan of the parent's hand matches them in the system with the children they are associated with and prevents children from leaving with someone not authorized.

After School Programs
Children who are older and attend after school programs scan in on arrival. myKidSecure™ then sends the parents an email or text message letting them know their child has arrived safely.
At pick-up the parent or authorized guardian scans their hand and the children they are associated with are displayed on the screen for the attendant to confirm and record departure.
If an authorized guardian picks up the child, then in addition to the verification of identity
myKidSecure™ sends a text or e mail message to the parents advising them their child has been picked up safely.

School Bus Module
myKidSecure™ ensures the safe and efficient transportation of students to and from the school.
As students get on or off a school bus they scan their palm and a real time record is created for the driver about which children are on board. The record also contains a GPS coordinate and the time and date of the activity.
This information is available to the school district in real time through a real-time interface displaying all of their buses' activities and keeps a record of all student transportation.
Parents receive an e-mail or text message that their child has boarded or left the bus.
The real time passenger inventory means a child is never left on the bus.
We have built in a "MayDay" system so that if the driver is in difficulties they can push a button and generate an alert message to authorities. The message contains a GPS coordinate that is mapped so authorities can quickly direct personnel to lend assistance.
Field Trip Module
myKidSecure™ Field Trip module, helps teachers keep track of the kids. It reduces the possibility of students getting lost or left behind. Using mobile devices, school employees are able to scan students on & off the bus, catch headcount at set meeting points or at any place required. Current methods of tallying headcount at the end of a trip are difficult and cumbersome.
Fire Drills And Emergencies
In an emergency, myKidSecure™ can generate a headcount on the go, using a mobile palm vein authentication device. Each group's information is shared in real-time, and compared against the current day's active attendance records, to show an accurate list of all students accounted for and to alert school & emergency officials of any missing students that may be in danger.
